Roof Trusses Made from LVL Beams
The Terra plant offers roof trusses made from Ultralam™ LVL beams. A ready-to-assemble modular structure for gable roofs, the kit includes rafters (2 pcs.), a tie beam (1 pc.), and a set of fasteners (1 pc.)
Frame and Frame-Panel Houses
The frame-panel construction technology is based on the principle of assembling a house from ready-made panels. The foundation of the panel frame is LVL timber
Frame and frame-panel houses are manufactured on the WEINMANN house-building line in the structural components workshop of the Terra plant
The line produces wall, plinth, and roof panels, as well as floor panels with integrated insulation and vapor barriers for assembling houses (house kits) according to ready-made designs with a maximum level of interior and exterior finishing. The line's capacity is 250 house kits per year with a two-shift operation. The WEINMANN line is integrated with SEMA software

Parameters depend on design calculations and customer requirements. On the multifunctional Optimat table (wall panel assembly line), various complex processing operations are performed on solid LVL beams (panels): holes, diagonal cuts, grooves, and notches

Basic Standard Modules
The designers of Novotorzhsky LPK JSC have developed a series of houses assembled from basic modules. Based on the basic module, it is possible to produce houses for construction in all climatic zones, from the equator to the Arctic.
The total area of one basic module is 30 m². Based on the basic module, residential buildings with areas of 30 m², 60 m², 90 m², and 120 m² have been developed. Additionally, it is possible to assemble 1-2 story buildings of various areas and purposes.
